Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Partnership Director to lead the Influencer Partnerships team and drive sustainable growth through high-impact collaborations across global markets. You will guide strategy, optimize processes, and scale opportunities with a substantial budget and cross-functional support.

You will build a pipeline, negotiate deals, mentor a high-performing team, and focus on influencers and affiliates across Asian markets while working remotely with international teams.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in digital performance marketing.
• Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing).
• Experience working with Asia or global markets is a plus.
• Sharp sales and analytical skills using data tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Your day-to-day

• Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals.
• Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates (focus - Asian markets).
• Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
• Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
• Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
• Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
• Work together with product heads to find and exploit business cases inside markets.
• Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What will help you succeed:

• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience working with digital performance marketing.
• Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing).
• Experience working with Asia or global markets would be considered an advantage.
• Sharp sales, and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.
• High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.
• Perfect spoken and written communication in English language.
• Experience working with international tech/digital products would be considered an advantage.

The Influencer Partnerships team drives measurable business growth by building strong, long-term relationships with creators. Our focus is on scaling markets, acquiring new clients, and helping our partners succeed through the right guidance, tools, and support.

You’ll work closely with Partnership Managers and the Partnerships Operations team, which supports the day-to-day technical side of our partnerships. Depending on the market and initiative, we also collaborate with Creative, YouTube, SEO, Affiliates, Finance, Product, Data, Paid Media, and other teams across Hostinger.
