Job summary

McCormick & Company invites applications for its Automation and Global Enablement Graduate Program. This 12-month, part-time fixed-term placement develops expertise across automation, data analytics, Power Platform, PMO, and reporting.

You will contribute to enterprise-wide transformation while learning to design dashboards and drive process improvements. Participants gain hands-on experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and collaboration with IT and business teams, with a focus on

Qualifications

Student in final 2 years or recent graduate in Business Process Automation, IT, PM, Management or related field.
Interest in new technologies, data, reporting, project management, digitalization and automation.
Power Platform knowledge including Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI is advantageous.
Adaptable, fast-paced, strong team player and quick learner.

Responsibilities

Participate in challenging projects across automation, analytics, reporting and process improvement.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver transformation initiatives.
Develop foundational project management and PMO skills within McCormick's enterprise scope.
