Job summary

Flint International is seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join an international team and support data analysis, reporting, process automation, and business decision-making.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of professional experience who wants to develop in Data Analytics and BI, using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Python to drive business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or another relevant field, or equivalent practical training.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Business Analysis, or a similar area.
• Basic practical knowledge of Power BI or another data visualisation tool.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data manipulation.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with data accurately and pay attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good command of English.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of DAX and Power Query; Exposure to Power Automate or Power Apps; Basic knowledge of Python, particularly for data manipulation or automation; Experience with Pandas or NumPy; Academic projects involving data analysis; Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Assist with collecting, cleaning, transforming, and analysing data from different sources.
• Work with Excel and SQL to prepare data and support recurring and ad hoc reporting.
• Help automate repetitive reporting and business processes using Power Automate.
• Support the development and maintenance of simple business solutions using Power Apps.
• Assist with data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.
• Support basic data analysis using Python where required.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.
• Prepare clear reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for business users.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting and operational processes.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and data analytics tools.
