Job summary

ITConnect is seeking an experienced PAM administrator to manage and enhance the Idira Privilege Cloud environment. You will implement PAM capabilities, support WPM and EPM, and ensure secure authentication and connectivity across Windows and Linux systems.

Responsibilities include incident handling, health checks, and collaboration with security, infrastructure, and architecture teams. Strong knowledge of PAM concepts and certifications is required for this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience supporting or administering CyberArk/Idira Privilege Cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of privileged account management, safes, and access permissions.
• Experience with PAM integrations, APIs, and automation.
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments preferred (pharma/life sciences).
• Understanding of DNS, certificates, firewalls, and networking.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SIEM integrations, PowerShell, Linux, and SSH.
• Relevant CyberArk or Idira certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and maintain the PAM environment and connectors.
• Perform health checks, incident resolution, and service request fulfilment.
• Troubleshoot privileged accounts, password rotation, safes, and policies.
• Configure and test PAM solutions based on architectural designs.
• Onboard privileged accounts, target systems, safes, and policies.
• Support WPM, EPM, Vendor PAM and other Idira PAM capabilities.
• Contribute to automation and integrations via APIs and PowerShell.
• Participate in incident management, RCA, DR testing, and break-glass exercises.
• Maintain operational docs, troubleshooting guides, and audit records.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, identity, app, and architecture teams.
