Job summary

Hiberus is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Software Architect with strong CyberArk PAM experience to join our security-focused team in Poland. You will implement and operate privileged access controls across infrastructure and applications, leveraging Just-in-Time access, JEA, and least-privilege principles.

You will also drive automation via CyberArk REST APIs and scripting within CI/CD environments. The role emphasizes integration with Active Directory/Entra ID, MFA, IAM, ITSM and SIEM,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with CyberArk components: Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM/PSMP.
• Experience in implementing privileged access controls across infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operation of privileged access controls across infrastructure and applications.
• Support Just-in-Time access, Just Enough Administration, and least-privilege principles.
• Assist in credential rotation, session isolation, and monitoring of privileged accounts.
• Define scalable onboarding patterns for servers, databases, network devices and service accounts.
• Ensure platform availability, resilience, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery.
• Support PAM implementation within ZeroTrustFramework and integration with AD/Entra ID, MFA, IAM, ITSM and SIEM.

Job description

Support implementation and operate privileged access controls across infrastructure and applications

Support implementation of Just-in-Time (JIT) access to reduce standing privileged access

Apply Just Enough Administration (JEA) and least-privilege principles to administrative access

Support in managing privileged accounts, credential rotation, session isolation, monitoring and recording

Define and support scalable onboarding patterns for servers, databases, network devices and service accounts

Ensure platform availability, resilience, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery

Support PAM implementation in the current ZeroTrustFramework

Experience required

Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM in large enterprise environments

Experience with core CyberArk components: Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM / PSMP

Implement and operate privileged access controls across infrastructure and applications

Experience in driving automation through CyberArk REST APIs, PowerShell / scripting and CI/CD where applicable

Experience in security, operational and audit standards in line with Zero Trust and least privilege

Experience in regulated / financial services environments strongly preferred

CyberArk certification and experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud considered an advantage

Experience in integrating CyberArk with Active Directory / Entra ID, MFA, IAM, ITSM and SIEM
