Jit is seeking a CyberArk Developer to join our hybrid team from Gdańsk. You will design, onboard, and extend PAM controls across the organization, building custom connectors and SQL integrations within CyberArk.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Experience developing custom connectors and integrations within CyberArk.
• Knowledge of privileged access management, identity security, and access governance.
• Understanding of security principles such as Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and SoD.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and governance standards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CyberArk custom application connectors.
• Onboard applications, databases, and platforms into the CyberArk ecosystem.
• Develop and enhance SQL connectors and privileged access integrations.
• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into PAM solutions.
• Ensure PAM controls align with security standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams in an Agile environment.
• Produce technical documentation and support onboarding processes.
• Drive PAM best practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
