Job summary

EY GDS Poland – Finance Consulting Practice is seeking a P2P Finance Transformation Manager with MS Dynamics 365 expertise to support clients in transforming procure-to-pay processes and related finance workflows.

You will lead transformation projects, design test strategies, collaborate with business analysts, project managers and technical teams, and contribute to client proposals and RFP responses, helping clients realise value from finance optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes.
• MS Dynamics 365 implementation experience, including configuration or key-user work.
• Familiarity with finance process optimization and transformation best practices.
• Ability to engage directly with clients and provide strategic insights.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clients in transforming P2P processes, aligning with industry standards.
• Utilise MS Dynamics 365 to optimise finance processes and drive transformation.
• Design and execute test strategies with cross-functional teams.
