Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day P2P tasks: handling invoices, sorting, and preparing them for processing.
• Verify data: ensure invoices match purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Assist with digitization of invoices for easy access and organization.
• Help with vendor balance reviews and follow up on open items.
• Collaborate with teams to keep the P2P process flowing smoothly.
• Learn accounting and tax basics through training and hands-on tasks.
