Qualifications

• Internship, apprenticeship, temporary worker, or junior professional profile.
• Experience in finance, accounting, administration, audit support, or shared services is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP/Concur is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Collection: Retrieve and organize expense reports, invoices and receipts for audits.
• Audit Evidence Management: Review, archive, and file documents in a traceable structure.
• Audit Support: Prepare documentation packages for auditor requests and internal reviews.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as liaison between P2P, Finance, HR, and travel providers.
