Job summary

Panasonic Heating & Ventilation Europe is offering a paid internship in the accounting team in Warsaw. Final-year students in Finance/ Economics are invited to join a multinational environment dedicated to learning through hands-on tasks.

You will prepare analytical reports, process vendor invoices in SAP, support month-end closing, and gain experience across finance and data analytics with flexible hybrid working in Mokotów.

Qualifications

• Final-year student pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Controlling, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; AI tools welcome.
• Interest in finance and data analytics.
• Accuracy and diligence in completing assigned tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication and collaboration across departments.
• Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed analytical reports and management reports.
• Ad hoc tasks related to business projects, mainly data analytics, progress reports, key KPIs control.
• Processing and verifying vendor invoices in the SAP system.
• Supporting month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
• Performing other accounting and administrative duties in line with the ongoing needs of the team and organization.
