Revolut Ltd is seeking an Outsourcing Manager to collaborate with Wealth & Trading teams to manage ongoing supplier relationships and third-party risk across the outsourcing lifecycle.

You will ensure documentation, regulatory reporting, and governance processes comply with PRA guidelines, deliver regular status reports to senior management, and help strengthen our global, remote-capable operating model. This hybrid role offers Poland-based hybrid work and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or economics.
• 3+ years in supply chain management, outsourcing, or third-party risk management.
• Knowledge of outsourcing and business resilience regulation in retail financial services.
• Experience developing service management, monitoring processes and risk assessments for outsourcing arrangements and on an ongoing basis.
• Fluency in English.

• Manage outsourcing and third-party risk activities, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and ongoing vendor monitoring.
• Implement policy and operating model for supply chain and outsourcing management.
• Control approvals processed through governance for outsourcing changes and vendor lifecycles.
• Provide guidance on third-party risk management procedures and risk assessments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to PRA outsourcing guidelines, including operational resiliency.
• Prepare regular reports to senior management on outsourcing status, risks, compliance and performance metrics.

About the role

The Outsourcing Team is one of the structural teams forming the Bank Information Group. They're responsible for managing and overseeing the risks of outsourcing and other third-party arrangements, including documentation related to operation resilience and exit plans.

We’re looking for an Outsourcing Manager to collaborate with Wealth & Trading teams to help manage ongoing supplier and intra-group relationships. You'll ensure proper documentation and regulatory reporting deliverables related to third-party management.

What you'll be doing

• Managing activities related to outsourcing and third-party risk management, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and continuous vendor monitoring
• Implementing the outsourcing and third-party risk management policy and operating model for supply chain and outsourcing management
• Controlling approvals that are processed through internal governance in relation to outsourcing changes and other vendor lifecycle deliveries
• Providing clear guidance for staff on third-party risk management procedures, risk assessments, and their ongoing accountability
• Ensuring regulatory compliance as it relates to PRA guidelines on outsourcing arrangements, including Operational Resiliency
• Preparing regular reports to senior management on the status of outsourcing activities, their risks, compliance, and performance metrics

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or economics
• 3+ years of experience in a role involving supply chain management, outsourcing, or third-party risk management
• Knowledge of outsourcing and business resilience regulation and its application in retail financial services
• Experience developing service management, monitoring processes, and conducting risk assessments for outsourcing arrangements and on an ongoing basis
• Fluency in English

• Solid connections across industry stakeholder groups

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN19,100 - PLN25,000 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
