Biopharma Careers is seeking a Business System & Process Expert to enhance OTC/ERP operations. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, capture improvements, and drive end-to-end support for ERP systems.

With 2+ years in customer-facing or process-improvement roles, you will lead projects, design processes, and maintain strong stakeholder communications. Fluency in English and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment or business-facing process improvement/project management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SD module: Oracle, SAP).
• Ability to lead projects, build detailed plans, and manage teams through change (LSS a plus).
• Results-driven with attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Organized, reliable and able to communicate with stakeholders and teams.
• Willing to learn coaching/mentoring and support others as you grow.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; other EU languages preferred.
