Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking an Operational Technology Analyst to protect OT and ICS environments across plants and facilities in Poland. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA, PLCs, and DCS.
• Knowledge of OT networks and industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC).
• Experience with incident response in industrial/critical infrastructure settings.
• Proficiency with tools for network monitoring, log analysis, and forensics.
• Excellent analytical and communicational skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Overview:

The person in this role demonstrates strong technical and analytical skills, specializing in the protection of Bunge's Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments. Responsibilities include the detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity incidents within our plants and operational facilities. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, plant operations, and other IT security teams to investigate and mitigate threats, ensuring the safety, reliability, and integrity of our industrial processes.

Main Accountabilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations of security events and incidents in the OT environment, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to identify the root cause and extent of the compromise.
• Develop and execute containment, eradication, and recovery strategies for OT security incidents, minimizing the impact on production and operations.
• Analyze network traffic, system logs, and other data sources to identify suspicious activity and potential security threats targeting industrial control systems.
• Collaborate with plant engineers, operators, and other stakeholders to implement security controls and best practices in the OT environment.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures specifically tailored to the OT environment, ensuring a consistent and effective response to security incidents.
• Participate in threat hunting exercises to proactively identify and mitigate security risks in the OT network.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on OT security matters to other teams and stakeholders within the organization.
• Stay current with the latest OT security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies, and make recommendations for improving the organization's OT security posture.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years of position related experience, or equivalent combo of education and experience level.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), including SCADA, PLCs, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
• Knowledge of OT network architecture and industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC).
• Experience with incident response procedures in an industrial or critical infrastructure setting.
• Proficiency with security tools used for network monitoring, log analysis, and digital forensics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
