OSS-BSS Consultant / Pre-Sales - German-speaking

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for an experienced OSS-BSS Consultant / Pre-Sales in the telecommunications sector to support sales processes and actively engage with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading meetings and workshops with clients across Germany
• Analyzing the business needs of telecom operators
• Designing and presenting OSS/BSS solution concepts (often in real time during client sessions)
• Supporting sales teams in preparing offers and presentations
• Acting as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders

Requirements That Must Be Met

• Strong knowledge of IT solutions for the telecom sector (OSS, BSS)
• Excellent communication skills and creativity – ability to generate ideas and solutions during client discussions
• Fluency in Polish and German at C1 level or higher (near‑native proficiency preferred)
• Willingness to travel frequently to clients across Germany
• Residence in Germany or near the German border (if frequent travel is required)
