Responsibilities

• Partner with DSS and Implementation Specialist to address clinical questions.
• Deliver training, education, onboarding, and clinical support to customers.
• Accountable for clinical KPIs to ensure top clinical results for doctors.
• Provide quick responses to customers' clinical and product needs; ensure strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing to validate tools and campaigns from a clinical view.
• Study competitive products, technologies, clinical studies, and industry trends.
