Qualifications
- Qualified Dentist or Orthodontist required.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Fluent Turkish and English for global collaboration.
- Confident communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to influence global change.
- Willing to learn and use Align’s proprietary treatment planning software.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor CAD Designers with clinical expertise.
- Solve complex clinical challenges and improve customer experience.
- Deliver and design trainings for internal teams and Invisalign Providers.
- Collaborate with clinical quality and other departments affecting product quality.
- Propose ideas to improve clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
