Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Ortems Functional Analyst to support DELMIA Ortems APS deployments across EMEA and India. You will work with production planners, site leaders, and IT teams to align processes with standardized planning solutions.

You will gather requirements, configure scheduling models, and lead end-user training during deployments and hypercare. This role requires travel to manufacturing sites and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DELMIA Ortems APS solutions.
• Strong background in production scheduling and capacity planning.
• Experience with multi-site deployments across regions.

Responsibilities

• Bring proven experience across multiple DELMIA Ortems implementations as a Functional Analyst in APS.
• Support deployment and rollout activities for Ortems across EMEA and India manufacturing sites.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional Ortems solutions and perform fit-gap analyses.
• Configure scheduling parameters, calendars, resources, and constraints within Ortems.
• Lead user training and support change management during deployments.
• Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
