Job summary

Bystronic Group in Kraków is seeking an Order to Cash Intern with French to support daily OtC activities.

You will prepare invoices and shipping documents, monitor outstanding debt, process payments, and assist with internal controls in an international Centre of Excellence. The 3‑month civil contract offers part-time hours (about 30 per week) with potential extension and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Finance & Accounting or in progress.
• Very good command of Polish, French and English (B2/C1).
• Strong MS Excel knowledge.
• Available to work approximately 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and shipping documents.
• Create and transmit invoices electronically.
• Monitor outstanding debt and follow up with customers.
• Process payments and adjust write-offs per policy.
• Contact customers with questions and perform internal controls.
