Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z oo, a leader in the tobacco industry, is seeking an Order & Invoice Analyst to join our Order to Cash team in Kraków. You will review and validate sales orders, enter orders, determine availability, and track orders through to completion in an international environment.

We value strong English communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP. The role offers a temporary contract with extension possibilities and a benefits package, including a 270 PLN

Qualifications

• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel macros and AI basics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate sales orders.
• Enter orders and process manual transactions.
• Determine product availability and logistics.
• Track orders, updates and cancellations.
• Define stock levels based on demand.
• Create and release invoices, review billing documents.
• Prepare manual credit/debit notes.
• Monitor invoicing and shipping documentation daily.
• Ensure compliance with company controls and procedures.
• Participate in projects and perform UAT.

For our client, a leader in the tobacco industry, we are looking for a motivated Order & Invoice Analyst. If you have an analytical mindset and want to develop your career in the Order to Cash area within an international environment,

What will your tasks involve?

• review and validate sales orders
• enter orders (manual transactions)
• determine product and/or service availability and logistics
• track and manage orders, updates and cancels
• define stock level based on demand and market demand timeline
• create invoice and release, review & resolve billing documents
• create manual credit/debit note
• daily monitoring of invoicing and shipping documentation
• ensure compliance with the governing company controls, policies and procedures
• acts as member on projects and performs UAT.

What we expect from you?

• good written and verbal communication in English
• detail-oriented, with good analytical skills
• knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system
• PBI, Macro, AI knowledge is an asset
