Job summary

BELVEDERE is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Implementation Lead to head end-to-end SCM and Manufacturing projects in Warsaw. You will own functional design, coordinate workshops, and drive go-live activities with Polish- and English-speaking stakeholders.

The role demands 10–15 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience, a track record of multiple full-cycle implementations, and strong leadership with excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ full-cycle Oracle R12 SCM and Manufacturing implementations.
• Polish language proficiency; English proficiency required.

Position Overview

As the Implementation Lead,you'lltake functional ownership of Oracle R12 SCM and Manufacturing modules, guiding implementations frominitialbusiness workshops through to successfulgo-live.You'llwork closely with stakeholders to design solutions across procurement, inventory, ordermanagementand manufacturing execution, while coordinating integrations, datamigrationand RICEFW activities. Your role will be central to delivering robust, business-aligned ERP solutions.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience (versions 12.1 and 12.2)
• Proventrack recordof 2-3+ full-cycle Oracle R12 SCM and Manufacturing implementations
• Strong functionalexpertiseacross Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV) and Order Management (OM)
• Deep knowledge of Manufacturing modules including BOM, WIP and Cost Management
• Experience with end-to-end P2P, O2C and manufacturing process flows
• Expertisein item structures, inventorycostingand procurement approvals
• Functional lead or SME experience (not support-focused roles)
• Businessproficiencyin Polish (spoken and written)
• Strong communicationskills in English
• Experience coordinating integrations, datamigrationand RICEFW activities
• Ability tofacilitateworkshops and produce functional documentation
• R12 upgrades experience (12.1 to 12.2) isadvantageous
• Oracle Fusion SCM exposure is beneficial
• Discrete manufacturing or asset-intensive industry background is desirable
