Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple teams through Team Leaders, setting strategic direction and performance expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring high service quality, efficiency and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders as a senior point of contact for complex matters.
• Ensure effective operational risk management, governance and internal controls.
• Provide senior oversight on complex operational matters and assist in decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and service transformation initiatives.
• Support business development and growth by aligning capabilities with evolving needs.
