Job summary

Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Poland is offering an internship for an Operations Engineer Intern to support and learn IT operations across banking tech stacks. You will participate in monitoring, incident analysis, and documentation while contributing to automation and process improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with developers and operations teams in an agile, international setting, with the internship spanning up to 12 months after graduation and flexible study-friendly

Qualifications

Basic understanding of IT operations and application support.
Linux basics.

Responsibilities

Support daily application operations, monitoring and basic health checks of application environments.
Assist with change, release and deployment activities by preparing documentation and following procedures.
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles and evidence for audits or service reviews.
Assist with automation of repetitive operational tasks using basic scripting.
Work with service management tools to track incidents, changes, tasks and requests.
Collaborate with developers, operations engineers and business stakeholders in an agile, international environment.
