Knauf Information Services GmbH in Katowice, Poland, offers an exciting SAP FI role focusing on Finance to Close across SAP ECC and S/4HANA. You’ll troubleshoot incidents, implement sustainable solutions, and optimize finance processes while collaborating with finance, logistics and IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong incident management experience, ITSM tooling familiarity (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence) and solid knowledge of SAP finance environments.

• Troubleshoot finance-to-close incidents and implement sustainable fixes.
• Configure SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Lead/participate in continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.

What you'll do

• Provide end-to-end SAP FI support with a focus on Finance to Close across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Finance to Close workflow incidents; perform root cause analysis and implement long-term, sustainable solutions to improve system reliability.

• Configure and customize SAP FI modules to meet business requirements, leveraging SAP functionalities and best practices to streamline and optimize Finance processes.

• Collaborate with business users and coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, logistics, sales) to resolve system integration issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Lead/participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort in Finance workflows.

• Strong mix of business process, project, and service management competencies and tools, ideally supported by certifications.
