Job description

Tasks:

• Implementation and Integration: Lead end-to-end implementation of OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors, including cloud integration and PowerDocs template design.
• Custom Application Link: Integrate xECM for SuccessFactors with DocuSign and custom applications.
• Workflow and Forms Creation: Develop workflows, forms, and business validation processes using the xECM suite.
• Customization and Development: Customize solutions using Web-Services, REST APIs, and scripting languages (JavaScript, OScript).
• Data Migration: Migrate data from legacy applications into OpenText.
• Content Server Management: Manage OpenText Content Server, including workflows, WebReports, live reports, records management, searching, indexing, and CWS.
• Road Map Definition: Define a strategic road map for clients in Extended ECM solutions.
• Agile Methodology: Implement Agile methodologies and lead discussions, requirement gathering, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and implement complex Extended ECM integrated solutions within client system architecture.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 8+ years in Information Technology with a focus on OpenText ECM or xECM.
• Hands-on Experience: Extensive experience with xECM Solutions and OpenText xECM implementation for SuccessFactors.
• Integration Skills: Proficiency in integrating xECM with DocuSign and custom applications.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Content Server 22.x, Archive Server, OTDS, Java scripting, OScript, SQL/Oracle Database, and familiarity with GCP and DocuSign Integration.
• Customization Skills: Experience in customization using Web-Services and REST APIs.
• Data Migration: Proven experience in data migration into OpenText from legacy applications.
• Content Server Proficiency: Rich experience in managing OpenText Content Server components.
• Strategic Planning: Ability to define a road map for Extended ECM solutions.
• Agile Methodology: Good understanding and implementation experience of Agile methodology.
• Leadership: Ability to lead users in discussions, requirement gathering, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Expertise in troubleshooting and implementing large, complex Extended ECM solutions.
• Additional Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Records Manager and rich experience in OpenText components is an added advantage.
