Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Red Hat OpenShift Specialist (SME) in Kraków. Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience required.
• Deep hands-on expertise in OpenShift 4.x is essential.
• Experience in cluster administration, automation, security, and performance engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and upgrade OpenShift clusters (on-prem & cloud).
• Build automation using Ansible, GitOps (ArgoCD), Helm, Tekton/Jenkins.
• Implement cluster security (RBAC, SCCs, policies, secrets).
• Configure monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK).
• Troubleshoot cluster, networking, storage, and performance issues.
• Act as SME for architecture, best practices, and stakeholder guidance.
