Job summary

RED Global is seeking an ONIT Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, and optimization of the ONIT platform within a Global Transformation Program. This is a 12-month, full-time, remote role based in Poland.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a regulated, global environment, applying strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with the ONIT platform and its configuration from a functional perspective.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in Legal Operations, Compliance, Contract Management, or related processes.
• Ability to map business processes and work with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

We are seeking a functional ONIT expert to support the design, configuration, and optimization of the ONIT platform while partnering closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives within a regulated, global environment.

• Role: ONIT Consultant
• Location: Poland
• Duration: 12 Months
• Capacity: Full-time (8 hours/Day, 5 Days/week)
• Mode: 100% Remote

Required Experience

• Experience working with the ONIT platform
• Strong hands-on experience with ONIT configuration and administration from a functional perspective
• Experience working with Legal Operations, Compliance, Contract Management, or related business processes
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process mapping skills
• Exposure to enterprise workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
