Job summary

RED Global is seeking an Onit Technical Consultant for a 12-month remote engagement. You will configure, customize, and support the Onit platform for global business needs, and design integrations with enterprise systems.

Work independently in a remote, international environment, coordinating with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable solutions and ensure best-practice governance on platform usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ONIT platform experience.
• Proven ability to configure and customize Onit environments.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps via APIs and middleware.

Job description

On behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for a Onit Technical Consultant

Location: Remote (100%)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Project Start: Mid-October 2026

Start Date: ASAP (15 November 2026 latest)

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support the Onit platform to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between Onit and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support workflow automation, data management, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance on best practices.
• Produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Experience

• Ideally 5 + years' experience working with ONIT Platform,
• Hands-on experience with Onit platform configuration, administration, and development.
• Strong experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
• Understanding of platform Legal Operations, Compliance processes, and enterprise workflow automation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Exposure to HR, Legal, and Compliance technology landscapes.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.( India and EU)
