Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered General Nurse.
• Registration to practice in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive in-patient clinical case management.
• Develop relationships with medical providers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with patients to obtain detailed clinical information.
• Support the medical team in obtaining medical records.
