Job summary

EY GDS Poland is hiring an Onboarding Product Consultant to shape and deliver a next-generation onboarding experience at a global scale. You will work with a high-impact product team (TA2&O) to translate complex onboarding needs into scalable, human-centric solutions.

You’ll lead design, collaborate with country and technology teams, and drive experience-led improvements through automation and personalization, influencing EY's onboarding strategy worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of global onboarding solutions

• Have experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding (not essential)
• Bring exposure to HR technology or transformation programmes
• Understand experience design, automation, or personalisation
