Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, is seeking a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure at world-class facilities.

This full-time, on-site role requires 3+ years in data center operations, strong cabling skills, and experience with DCIM, UPS, and power distribution. On-call rotation and on-site work are expected; certifications (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE, CCNA/JNCIA) are preferred and can be pursued with our support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills including Cat6/6a and OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• On-call rotation and shift differential may apply.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Familiarity with power distribution and UPS systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security)
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades
