Job summary

Neronov Consulting Group is seeking a Senior OMP Implementation Consultant (Functional/Technical) for a full-time role. You can work remotely from anywhere in Poland or in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities include leading OMP implementations, deployment leadership, and creating documentation, training, and test scripts. Collaboration with international teams and occasional travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of hands-on supply chain experience with OMP as a key user, advanced end user, or implementation consultant.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Neronov Consulting Group is hiring a Senior OMP Implementation Consultant (Functional/Technical) for a full-time position available under an employment contract or B2B contract. The role can be performed fully remotely from anywhere in Poland or in a hybrid model.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead OMP implementations in operational planning and scheduling, demand planning, distribution planning, or S&OP.
• Act as a subject matter expert and deployment lead.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Onboard and train client teams to use OMP effectively.
• Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams.
• Travel occasionally when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of hands-on supply chain experience with OMP as a key user, advanced end user, or implementation consultant.

Optional experience:

• Technical understanding of OMP configuration concepts, including pyramids, line schemes, and categories.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, OPR, S&OP, demand planning, production planning, material planning, DRP, or Agile delivery.
