Job summary

SeaRenergy Group in Gdynia, Poland, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client projects within our offshore wind and energy infrastructure portfolio. You will liaise with internal departments, coordinate project teams, and ensure delivery in a hybrid work setup with on-site emphasis.

The role requires a university degree in a relevant field, several years in project management for renewable energy or maritime sectors, English proficiency, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree in industrial engineering, business administration, project management, renewable energy, maritime studies, engineering, economics, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience in project management, within the renewable energy, offshore wind or maritime industries respectively any other complex project environments.
• A project management certififcation in line with IPMA or PMI standards are considered an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English. German and/or Polish language skills are considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with project management and resource planning tools is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and communication skills combined with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and all internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Coordinate and manage the project team with the objective to manage project personnel, material, logistics and further deliverables
• Be in charge and actively striving for safety on site, commercial success of the project, satisfaction of the client and compliance to applicable rules and regulations
• Monitor project status and progress in line with best international project management practices
• Become an important part in major offshore wind in Poland
