Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficiency of the vessel in line with strategic targets.
• Oversee project execution on the offshore construction vessel.
• Coordinate construction activities and marine operations on board.
• Drive project execution to meet deadlines and optimise productivity.
• Implement and ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
• Manage work schedules, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure subcontractors meet contractual obligations.
• Plan and manage personnel and equipment mobilization cost-effectively.
• Communicate effectively with all vessel departments and stakeholders.
• Promote training and competency assessment for crew.
• Assist with project technical and management issues.
• Participate in risk assessments and emergency situations.
• Ensure documentation and certifications are issued and stored properly.
