A leading online pet platform in Wrocław is seeking an Office & Administration Assistant for a part-time, 6-month FTC position. This role involves maintaining office supplies, coordinating with service providers, managing front desk duties, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and bilingual communication skills in Polish and English. Qualifications

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Availability to work part-time (preferably 30 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with service providers and landlords for facility management.
  • Manage front desk duties, including couriers, guests, office desks and access cards.
  • Process invoices and assist with financial documentation.
  • Assist in planning internal and external events.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Office Management
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with service providers and landlords for facility management
  • Manage front desk duties, including couriers, guests, office desks and access cards
Administrative Support
  • Process invoices and assist with financial documentation
Travel & Event Coordination
  • Assist in planning internal and external events (meetings, celebrations, training sessions)

Requirements
