Job summary

Coty in Warsaw HQ seeks an In-Store Solutions Manager CEE to elevate brand visibility across Poland and the wider CEE region. You will lead merchandising standards, planogram execution, POS material development, Beauty Bar updates, and store performance reviews.

You will join the Marketing Team at our Warsaw headquarters and manage multiple in-store projects from concept through implementation, ensuring shopper-focused execution and strong collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently from concept to implementation.
• Knowledge of Trade Marketing tools and retail operations.
• Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define in-store strategy and merchandising standards for Poland and CEE.
• Develop and monitor planograms for sales growth, coordinate Beauty Bar updates.

THE ROLE:OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As ourIn-Store Solutions Manager CEE, you play acritical role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance brand visibility and support sales growth. You will lead merchandising standards, planogram execution, POS material development, Beauty Bar updates, and store performance reviews across Poland and the wider CEE region.

You will join theMarketing Teamat our Warsaw headquarters, and you will manage:

1. In-Store Strategy & Merchandising Standards

• Create and implement merchandising standards for Poland and CEE
• Develop strategies that strengthen the in-store visibility of Coty brands
• Ensure consistent and shopper-focused execution across retail environments
• Provide clear guidance tosupport local implementation
• Maintain strong awareness of retail operations and the shopper experience

2. Planograms, Beauty Bars & Product Launches

• Develop, execute, and monitor planograms designed tosupport sales growth
• Plan and execute the introduction of new products into Beauty Bars
• Coordinate Beauty Bar updates and planogram changes
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution meet agreed standards
• Manage multiple in-store projects from concept through implementation

3. POS Materials, Suppliers & Operational Excellence

• Design and produce impactful POS materials
• Collaborate with suppliers throughout development and production
• Conduct regular store visits and assess market conditions
• Prepare feedback on product availability and brand visibility
• Manage the marketing warehouse and related operational activities

4. Budget & Project Management

• Manage assigned budgets effectively
• Prioritize projects and ensure delivery against agreed timelines
• Adapt plans in response tochanging commercial needs
• Monitor execution and maintain astrong focus on results
• Coordinate stakeholders todeliver high-quality in-store solutions

As an experienced Trade Marketing professional, you thrive in adynamic retail environment and enjoy transforming ideas into impactful in-store experiences. You are shopper-focused, analytical, adaptable, and comfortable independently leading multiple projects.

Your skills and experience include:
