Job summary

ABB Kraków is seeking a finance professional to support O2C processes, including cash application, collections, and credit management. You will analyze accounts receivable data and help ensure accurate reporting while adhering to global guidelines.

This hybrid role offers collaboration with international teams, exposure to post-merger integration activities, and opportunities to improve processes and controls across the Finance function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in O2C processes (Cash Application, Collections, Credit Management, Intercompany or Master Data).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A projects in Finance, including testing and defect flagging.
• Assist in implementing standardization opportunities across processes.
• Analyze data and raise potential process improvements.
• Support post-merger/acquisition synergies in the Finance function.
• Close collaboration with stakeholders to harmonize processes per global guidelines.
• Share best practices and help end users identify improvement areas.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks and compliance with internal guidelines.
• Escalate issues impacting timelines and processes.
