Job summary

ABB in Kraków is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Credit role to support M&A projects, ensure accurate reporting, and align with global guidelines. The work model is hybrid, with collaboration across FAO teams and key stakeholders.

You will analyze AR data, test processes, and contribute to harmonized financial operations while meeting timelines and compliance standards. The role offers development opportunities in an international, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in one of the O2C processes (Cash Application, Collection, Credit Management, Intercompany or Master Data).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A tests (UAT) and flag potential defects.
• Assist in implementing standardization opportunities across O2C processes.
• Analyze AR data and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to harmonize processes per global guidelines.
• Adhere to internal guidelines and timelines; escalate issues as needed.
