Job summary

HRK S.A. is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash leader to drive a large SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation. You will coordinate design, data migration, testing and go-live, while optimizing billing, AR, and collections processes across a global finance team.

The role requires strong ERP experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work with international stakeholders in a fully remote setup with monthly Warsaw office attendance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Order-to-Cash, AR or related finance processes.
• Strong end-to-end O2C understanding including billing and collections.
• Experience with ERP implementation, migration or finance transformation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 andSAP in complex ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead O2C workstream in SAP to Dynamics 365 transformation.
• Coordinate activities across design, implementation, data migration, testing and go-live prep.
• Review and optimize end-to-end O2C: billing, AR, credit, collections, cash app.
• Support billing/invoicing solutions ensuring accurate transactions and compliance.
• Define/improve deductions, claims, disputes and payment reconciliation processes.
• Handle customer payments, remittance data and promotional deductions in ERP.
• Collaborate with Finance/IT/Sales Ops to translate needs into system requirements.
• Coordinate external partners and internal SMEs.
• Oversee UAT, data validation, cutover and post-implementation support.
• Identify risks, resolve challenges and support continuous improvement.

Job description

• Lead the Order-to-Cash workstream as part of a large-scale SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation.
• Coordinate project activities across process design, system implementation, data migration, testing and go-live preparation.
• Review and optimize end-to-end O2C processes, including customer master data, billing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections and cash application.
• Support the development of effective billing and invoicing solutions, ensuring accurate financial transactions and compliance with internal requirements.
• Define and improve processes related to customer deductions, claims, disputes and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure appropriate handling of customer payments, remittance information and promotional deductions within the new ERP system.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Sales Operations and other business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system requirements.
• Coordinate the work of external ERP implementation partners and internal subject matter experts.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, system cutover and post-implementation support.
• Identify potential implementation risks, resolve process-related challenges and support continuous improvement.

Your profile

• Approximately 5–8 years of professional experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable or related finance processes.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end O2C cycle, particularly billing, collections, cash application, deductions and dispute management.
• Previous involvement in ERP implementation, migration or finance transformation projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of SAP and experience working in complex ERP environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, external consultants or implementation partners.
• Good understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and revenue-related processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or project management methodologies would be beneficial.
