EY GDS Poland is seeking an MS Dynamics 365 BC Senior Consultant to join our consulting team in Katowice with a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).

You will deliver business advisory services, implement MS Dynamics 365 BC solutions, and manage project quality. The role requires 4+ years' hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 BC implementations across finance, logistics or manufacturing, plus leadership and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 BC implementations in finance, logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of business processes with technical product knowledge.
• Experience in data migration.
• Willingness to travel on business and participate in R&D projects.

The opportunity

Right now, we are looking for MS DYNAMICS 365 BC (Business Central) Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Cnsulting team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

Your key responsibilities

You’ll be working with state-of-the-art technologies in the area of MS DYNAMICS 365 BC. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the newest MS DYNAMICS 365 BC solutions and manage the quality of implementation projects.

Skills and attributes for success

• 4+ years of experience in MS DYNAMICS 365 BC implementations in areas of finance, logistics or manufacturing.
• Understanding of functional aspects supported by strong understanding of business processes ideally including technical understanding of the product
• Experience in data migration
• Readiness to participate in MS DYNAMICS 365 Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities
• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new MS DYNAMICS 365 solutions that may enhance the Design and enforce governance, compliance, and security frameworks aligned
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and document the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience in project planning and costing
• Knowledge about system enhancements

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Higher Education Degree
• Strong team leader skills
