Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, is seeking an O2C Customer Service Specialist in Warsaw. You will process manual orders via phone, email and EDI, prioritize urgent requests, and act as a key contact for O2C processes.

You will resolve inquiries related to orders, billing, credits and payments in collaboration with internal teams, analyze account discrepancies, support timely collections, and help drive process improvements. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in O2C or a Finance function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.

Your role: O2C Customer Service Specialist

• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Fluency in English.

• Experience with SAP O2C modules.
• Knowledge of Business Warehouse or Business Objects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in customer service, collections or credit management.
