Job summary

Thales in Poland is seeking an experienced NPI/Process Engineer to drive industrialization of products and coordinate new product qualifications. You will collaborate with multiple teams to implement new materials and processes while maintaining production data and documentation.

The role requires 2 years’ experience, an engineering degree, and strong SQL/database knowledge. Polish and English fluency, proactive mindset, and ability to lead small teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in NPI or Process Engineering.
• Engineering degree.
• Knowledge of databases (MariaDB/MySQL) and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of basis cryptography is an advantage.
• Ability to lead a small project team and coordinate tasks.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Proactive and creative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders and execute industrialization of products.
• Coordinate qualification programs for new products and materials.
• Collaborate with quality, technical, customer service and corporate teams.
• Support implementation of new materials, processes and machines.
• Coordinate transfer of new products between factories.
• Maintain data and manage databases and ERP systems.
• Assist other teams with PDM/ERP data issues related to Industrialization.
• Prepare production instructions and process parameters.
• Train managers, operators and other staff on new products.
• Create final customer documentation for new products and materials.

Main role

• Orders management and execution from the customer in the field of industrialization of products,
• Coordinating the project for the implementation of qualifications for new products Implementation and monitoring of qualifications for new types of materials and products,
• Cooperation with the quality, technical, customer service and corporate departments in the scope of implementing new products,
• Participation and cooperation during the implementation of new materials, processes and machines,
• Coordinating the transfer of new products from other factories in the corporation,
• Maintenance, Data Input and Management of DataBases, ERP technical systems,
• Supporting other teams regarding PDM and ERP data issues when related to Industrialization,
• Preparation of instructions and procedures and determination of parameters for production processes,
• Training of managers, operators and other employees in the field of new products and materials,
• Creating the final documentation for the customer about new products and materials.

You need to have

• 2 years of experience in NPI or Process Engineering,
• Graduated in Engineering School,
• Knowledge of DataBases (like MariaDB, MySQL), SQL Queries, API connections
• Knowledge of basis cryptography is an advantage
• Ability to lead a small project team for introduction of products,
• Ability to coordinate tasks, projects,
• Ability to work under pressure,
• Ability to learn and grow,
• Knowledge of MS Office.

• Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word),
