Job summary

Worldline is seeking a Merchant Monitoring Analyst with Nordic languages to help ensure we partner only with lawful and compliant merchants. You will conduct risk assessments, verify KYC data, and monitor merchant behavior from an AML perspective. The team operates globally, with Warsaw as a primary hub.

You will work with multiple stakeholders, maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge, and contribute to continuous process improvements while adhering to Worldline standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Understanding of KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
• Finance or related field knowledge is preferred.
• 1+ years in a similar role within financial services or payments environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor merchant profiles for regulatory compliance (CDD, EDR).
• Assess risk level based on business type, volume, and geography.
• Perform sanction list and Card Scheme lookups.
• Document and verify KYC activities and related records.
• Suggest process improvements and share best practices.
