Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. in Poland is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for our customers. You will provide remote and written guidance, and coordinate with BMS partners for on-site installations when required.

The role focuses on Niagara software support and field devices, with emphasis on clear communication, IT infrastructure knowledge, and a customer-first approach. English and Polish fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in a relevant field (industrial, mechanical, IT).
• Able to diagnose software and hardware issues and explain technical details simply.
• Fluent in English and Polish; German is a plus.
• Experience with BMS, HVAC, Niagara, and field devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and web.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Collaborate with Sales Team and Partners; share product knowledge.
• Coordinate with BMS partners for on-site installations when needed.
• Maintain post-sales support and track issue resolutions.
