Amaris Consulting in Warsaw seeks an API Integration Delivery Lead to coordinate onboarding projects on the MuleSoft API Gateway platform. You will work with API providers, consumers, architecture, and change management teams from onboarding to production deployment.

Join Amaris Consulting as an API Integration Delivery Lead within our Information System & Digital scope. You will contribute to API onboarding projects delivered through a MuleSoft API Gateway platform, ensuring smooth coordination between technical teams, architecture stakeholders, API providers and consumers, and change management teams from initial onboarding to production deployment.

Lead end-to-end operational delivery of API onboarding projects through the MuleSoft API Gateway platform. Coordinate API providers, API consumers, Enterprise Architecture, Akamai, networking, API Gateway teams, and Change Management stakeholders. Gather onboarding requirements and ensure clear alignment between business needs, technical constraints, and delivery expectations. Follow up on integration analysis activities and identify dependencies related to Akamai, JIRA, backend connectivity, DNS, and network configuration. Drive MuleSoft configuration delivery in coordination with API Gateway specialists and technical teams. Oversee end-to-end testing activities and support issue identification across authentication, networking, DNS, gateway, and integration flows. Prepare and maintain technical runbooks, Confluence documentation, and production readiness materials. Coordinate ServiceNow Change Requests and ensure readiness for production deployment.

Требования:

Experience in API integration delivery, technical coordination, or end-to-end integration project delivery, ideally in complex enterprise environments. Experience with MuleSoft, Anypoint Platform, API Management, API Gateway platforms, Akamai, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Knowledge of APIs, authentication mechanisms, networking, DNS, gateways, backend connectivity, and end-to-end integration flows. Academic background in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related technical field. English fluent. Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify where technical issues reside across multiple systems and teams. Excellent coordination skills with the ability to drive stakeholders toward resolution in a structured and autonomous way. Clear communication skills and ability to produce reliable technical documentation for operational and production readiness purposes. Будет плюсом: French is a plus
