About our team

Meet the Network Governance teamteam. Our role is toby provide full lifecycle of the network platform, define the overall network operational strategy, ensure technology health, alignment towards business needs and cost-effective continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • End-to-End accountability for technical platform (tools, monitoring and management systems)
  • Close cooperation with architects in relation to roadmap, infrastructure initiatives, design new services, addressing business needs
  • Control outcomes/reports from ongoing processes
  • Overseen mandatory processes, risks and audits
  • Hold the relationship with Business Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Vendors
  • Overseen and managing the interaction with the Supplier
  • Actively plan and scoping of work for Network team in relation to managed platform
Who you are

This is the right role for you if you would like to join to challenging team with big influence on shape of Nordea Network. The role is based in Gdynia, Warsaw, Gdansk.

Your background and skills include
  • Excellent understand the network platform demands from a business perspective
  • Present strong conflict management, resolution skills and quality control skills
  • Present critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in structured documentation buildingCan develop high-level financial estimates for planning and forecasting
  • Proven 3 or more years working in the network area
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
It would be ideal if you also
  • Technical experience with systems and tools will be advantage
  • Experience working in a predominantly outsourced IT Infrastructure environment
  • Knowledge about Agile SAFe framework and experience with Product Owner role will be advantage
