What You’ll Do:
- Monitor network performance and capacity to prevent user-impacting issues
- Track and forecast usage for bandwidth, routers, firewalls and servers
- Coordinate with architects and business teams on infrastructure changes
- Standardize and improve capacity management processes globally
- Use monitoring platforms (e.g., SevOne, Splunk) to identify trends and improve services
- Prioritize work to reduce outages and recurring problems
- Share knowledge and help set capacity management standards

Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering or capacity/performance management in large-scale environments
- Solid understanding of network routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), high availability setups and SNMP
- Familiar with monitoring concepts; experience with tools like SevOne or Splunk is a plus
- Experience working with IT processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams across different regions
- Curious, proactive, and focused on improving services before issues arise
