Job summary

Описание: The project supports migration from an existing Workforce Management SharePoint platform by enhancing and deploying ComPass, a Workforce Management and New Joiner application.

Задачи

• Convert business requirements and user stories into effective application features
• Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, bottlenecks, and technical issues
• Contribute to the ongoing development, testing, and production deployment of .NET-based solutions
• Support testing, deployment, and production readiness activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders and apply a problem-solving mindset to deliver robust software solutions

Требования

• 5 Years of experience
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET 6 and later versions
• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Good understanding of ASP.NET MVC and Web API development
• Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular
• Hands-on experience with Git and source control practices
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience developing reusable C# components and libraries
• Familiarity with software design patterns and architectural best practices
• Understanding of scalable application design and development principles
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and unit tests
• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices
