Job summary

GardPass Consulting & Space is seeking a security-cleared logistics specialist to manage DCIS maintenance and CIS equipment support for NATO operations in Poland. The role emphasizes coordination of logistic strategy and adherence to ACO directives in a multinational environment.

The candidate should have a NATO SECRET clearance, relevant training, and English proficiency to STANAG 3322 level, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• Secondary education and advanced vocational training with 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Knowledge of CIS equipment maintenance and integrated logistic support.
• Experience with GS-related logistic strategy.
• English language proficiency at STANAG 6001 level 3322.

Responsibilities

• Plans DCIS maintenance within area of responsibility with focus on NATO Battalion operations.
• Coordinates logistic strategies by Logistics Support and Plans Sections.
• Manages CIS static equipment within NSB scope.
• Assesses maintenance of NATO Signal Battalion equipment.
• Coordinates logistics functions per ACO directives; operate vehicle up to 3.5 tonnes when required.
