Job summary
Work Life Group is seeking L1/L2 IT Support Technicians for end-user device deployments across NATO sites in Europe. The role focuses on deskside support and on-site troubleshooting during laptop handovers, with opportunities to work at several locations and deployment weeks.
Applicants must hold an active NATO Secret clearance, demonstrate Windows troubleshooting skills, and be comfortable providing end-user support on-site. English proficiency is required and travel may be necessary.
Qualifications
- Active personal NATO Secret security clearance
- L1 or L2 IT support, Desktop Support, Deskside Support, EUC, Field Support, Service Desk or IMAC experience
- Comfortable providing onsite end-user support
- Experience troubleshooting Windows, login and basic user/device issues
- Professional working English
- Availability for at least one of the project locations/periods
- Previous NATO/NCIA/defence/government or secure environment experience is highly relevant
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite end-user support during laptop handover and deployment
- Assist users with login issues and basic device problems
- Support end-users and desk-side tasks across various NATO sites in Europe
- Coordinate with project teams to match assignments to locations and periods
