• Active NATO SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 3 support for complex enterprise network environments.
• Lead the technical resolution of high-impact incidents.
• Perform in-depth analysis of recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for service optimization and operational improvements and drive them.
• Contribute to design, planning and implementation of network enhancements and new projects.
• Ensure changes are deployed with governance and minimal service impact.
• Coordinate with sites and external partners for fault rectification and standardisation.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
